Evaluation fees are non-refundable once you have placed your first trade on the evaluation account. If you have not placed any trades, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you fail your evaluation due to exceeding the maximum drawdown limit, you may be eligible for one free retry at our discretion. Contact support to inquire about eligibility.
If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your trading and are caused by our platform, we will review your case and may offer a refund or account reset.
To request a refund, email refunds@yourfirm.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
